(Bluewater, ON) On April 30, 2010 at approximately 11:30 am a Huron OPP officer was patrolling on Airport Line traveling north. A southbound vehicle came into view traveling at a high rate of speed and the speed was confirmed with a radar reading of 136 kph. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was charged under the Street Racing Legislation.
Danielle RITCHIE (23) of London was charged with Race a Motor Vehicle and Drive with No Licence. She will answer to her charges in Provincial Court in Goderich on June 1, 2010. The vehicle she was operating was towed and impounded for seven days and her licence was suspended for seven days. LP10110557
