(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) On Wednesday July 24, 2013 at 12:47 p.m. a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Main Street north of Elginfield Road, located in the Municipality of North Middlesex. Police soon discovered that the driver was operating a motor vehicle while her licence was currently under suspension.
As a result of an investigation police have charged Brenda MCLACHLAN, age 47 of North Middlesex with Driving while under suspension as per Section 53 of the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). The driver was issued a Part III Summons and is scheduled to appear in a London Provincial Offences Court on August 26, 2013 to speak to the charges.
DRIVER CHARGED AND VEHICLE SEIZED
(THAMES CENTRE, ON) On Wednesday July 24, 2013 at 9:54 a.m. a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Unit was conducting directed patrol on Gregory Drive, Thames Centre when he located a speeding motor vehicle travelling at over 90 km/h in a posted 40 km/h zone.
A traffic stop was completed and as a result of an investigation police have charged the driver, Djordy DONKERS, age 21 of London, ON under the Stunt Driving Legislation. The driver was issued a Part III Summons and is scheduled to appear in a London Provincial Offence Court room on September 30, 2013 to speak to the charges. The driver’s licence was suspended and the vehicle was impounded for a period of seven days.
