(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a weapons related incident.
On July 26, 2013 officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the OPP attended a residence located on Peniel Road, within the City of Kawartha Lakes. The road was closed at 7:30 a.m. as the police initiated an investigation. Peniel Road was reopened at 1:30 p.m.
The City of Kawartha Lakes OPP Crime Unit continues to investigate this incident.
