(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Friday, July 26, 2013 at approximately 2:20 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received two separate reports of an erratic driver travelling northbound on Hwy. 10 through Holland Centre in the Township of Chatsworth.
Information was received that the vehicle was passing multiple vehicles unsafely.
The suspect vehicle, a 2010 Buick Lacrosse, was stopped on Hwy. 10 at the Chatsworth OPP Detachment.
Frank KENNEDY, 89 years, of Toronto, Ontario was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for Careless Driving.
