On July 29, 2013 at 2:16 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Elizabeth Street. Police spoke with the female driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. She failed this test and was arrested. The female was transported to the Guelph police station where she was two provide two further samples of her breath. She refused to provide further samples and was subsequently charged.
Mary FURFARO, 41 years of Guelph has been charged with refuse to provide a breath sample. She will appear in court on September 3, 2013
