On July 29, 2013 at 6:36 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to the plaza located at 330 Speedvale Avenue East after receiving a call about a male shouting at people and throwing items. Police spoke with the male who was subsequently arrested.
A 34-year-old Guelph man has been charged with cause a disturbance by shouting and breach probation. He has been held in custody and will appear in bail court on July 30, 2013.
