(HALIBURTON, ON) -On Wednesday July 31, 2013 at approximately 11:15 am Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officers from the Haliburton Highlands Detachment responded to a construction site accident on Johnson Bay road in Dysart et al, where a male worker had fallen from the roof of a residental structure. John J. SMITH age 37 of Haliburton ON died as a result of the injuries he sustained. The OPP is assisting the Coroners office in the investigation in conjunction with the Ontario Ministry of Labour.
