(Township of Adjala-Tosorontio)- The Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a Motor vehicle on County Road 15 of Tosorontio Township doing 171km/hr. in a posted 80 km/hr. zone on 31st July 2013 at 2.07 am.
Charged with Stunt Driving is Andrew Gondor age 20 of Adjala-Tosorontio Township. He has a future court date and will answer to a charge of Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to Section 172 (1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
In addition to the charge the driver had his motor vehicle and his driver licence seized for a seven day period.
