(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) On August 3rd, 2013 at approximately a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police was monitoring traffic flow on Mosley Street near 42nd Street South at stopped a motor vehicle that was in excess of the posted speed limit.
A further investigation into the driver of this motor vehicle resulted in Police locating in his possession a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana.
