(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On August 5th, 2013 at approximately 12:05 a.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police while on general patrol observed an E-Bike traveling westbound on Shore Lane exhibiting signs of impairment.
This motor vehicle was stopped and Police quickly determined that the operator of this vehicle was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Impaired Operation†and “Exceed 80 mgs†is Brant E. BIGHAM 41 years old from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is August 20th, 2013 in Collingwood court.
