(BLANDFORD- BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP, ON.)- On Wednesday August 7, 2013, the Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.), Oxford County detachment responded to a report of a break and enter to a residence that occurred in Blandford-Blenheim Township.
On Wednesday August 7, 2013 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., a residence and garage on Township Road 4, were broken into by prying the locks and kicking doors in.
Various electronics including televisions, a computer and vehicle tires were stolen.
The stolen tires were reported to have been dumped off a short distance later in the ditch on Township Road 3, but were never recovered.
The suspect vehicle has been identified as a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, blue in colour which was reported stolen out of the Kitchener area.
The OPP want to remind all residents that if they see or hear anything suspicious to please contact the police.
