(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 32 year old male driver with two Highway Traffic Act offences stemming from a traffic stop yesterday. Just before 11:00 a.m. a Huron OPP officer observed a Yamaha Grizzly All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) travelling south on Gibson Drive. The officer spoke with the driver and found that his driver’s licence was currently suspended.
As a result, 32 year old John VANDIEPENBEEK, from Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act with Drive Off-Road Vehicle – No Driver’s Licence and Drive While Under Suspension. He has a court appearance scheduled for Provincial Offences Court – Goderich on October 8, 2013.
