(NAPANEE, ON)- This morning at 12:55 a.m. an officer with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police checked a vehicle on Dundas Street, in the Town of Greater Napanee, after the driver stopped for a green light for no apparent reason.
The driver was arrested for impaired driving and transported back to the Napanee OPP detachment for breath tests.
Charged with impaired driving and over .80 mgs is 36 year-old Michael WALES of Kingston. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on August 27th.
