(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was conducting radar patrol on the 403 Highway.
At approximately 12:38 a.m. Friday August 9, 2013 an officer observed a 2013 Toyota Tundra pickup truck travelling west bound on the 403 Highway, at a high rate of speed. The officer stopped the vehicle and while talking to the male driver, he could smell the strong odour of alcohol. The officer gave the driver the demand for the Roadside Screening Test.
Truoung NGUYEN 41 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charge
Fail to Provide Breath sample- Approved Screening Device
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 6, 2013 to answer to the charge.
