On August 11, 2013 at 8:17 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to the parking lot of 515 Woodlawn Road West after receiving a call that two males were drinking while in their parked car. Police arrived to find the reported vehicle driving across the parking lot. A traffic stop was conducted. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Steven CLARK, 29 years of Guelph has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on August 27, 2013.
