Kyle FINUCANE Breach of Court Order

On Monday August 5 at 6:55pm officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in Calabogie. Caller reported to the dispatcher that a person was fighting with others. When the police arrived the suspect was not immediately located and people at the scene lied to police about his location. The suspect was located and arrested for four counts of breach of a recognizance. Joseph Garry PERKINS 48 of Orleans was held for a bail hearing. Provincial Constable Barry Richardson led the investigation.

On Saturday August 10 at approx. 2:55am Provincial Constable Kyle Mask was on patrol when he noticed a male known to him outside of a licenced establishment in Renfrew. The male was known to the officer to be on a conditional sentence with conditions that he not consume alcohol, or enter any place that sells alcohol. The officer stopped and spoke to the male who admitted drinking and provided false verbal identification to the officer. The officer detected alcohol on the breath of the male and arrested him. After handcuffing the male, identification was located that confirmed the male was who the officer suspected and that he was on a conditional sentence. Kyle FINUCANE 26, of Killaloe was held in custody for a hearing in regards to the breach of his order.
