(Bonnechere Valley Township, ON) Provincial Constable Jeff MacLeod was on routine patrol on August 5, 2013 when he had occasion to speak with a male on Highway 41. Further investigation led to Robert Biernaski, 54 years of age of Madawaska Valley Township being charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Marihuana contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drug and Substance Act and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cannabis Resin contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drug and Substance Act. He is scheduled to appear in Killaloe court on August 20, 2013.
