(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – A post mortem examination which was conducted on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at London University Hospital to determine the cause of death of 8 year old, Dakota FLOOD, confirmed the cause of death to be consistent with drowning.
