(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON.) On August 16, 2013, at approximately 9:54a.m., Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) officers responded to a complaint of an erratic driver.
Police received information that a Red Pontiac Sunfire was weaving all over the highway while travelling westbound on Highway #401 and that it had exited and continued South on Highway #59 into Norwich Township in Oxford County, where it was intercepted and stopped.
Police have charged 37 year old Kristie RENAULD of Hamilton under the Criminal Code of Canada with:
Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle
Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood alcohol Content/Motor Vehicle
The female will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on August 27, 2013.
