(Rockland, ON) On August 18, 2013, OPP Constables responded to a possible impaired driver leaving the A&W restaurant. The described vehicle was stopped shortly after. The officer noticed a smell of alcohol emanating from the driver’s breath. The Roadside Screening device breath demand was requested by the officer. The driver refused to provide a sample of her breath. She was arrested and later released by the officer.
Marie BISSONETTE, 73 years old of Rockland will have to appear in L’Orignal court on September 11, 2013 to answer to the following charge:
