Two Injured In Collision – Lindsay VALYEAR Charged

(Prince Edward County, ON)— On August 17, 2013 at 22:59pm, officers from the Ontario Provincial Police—Prince Edward County detachment responded to a motor vehicle collision on Smokes Point Rd., in the Ward of Ameliasburg. The investigation revealed a single motor vehicle had left the roadway striking a hydro pole. Two occupants were transported by ambulance to Trenton Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

The driver, 20-year old Lindsay VALYEAR of Belleville was charged with Careless Driving contrary to Section 130 of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
