(KENORA, ON) – On Monday, August 19, 2013, approximately 5pm, members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the area of Pine Portage Bay on Lake of the Woods regarding a missing male. The 52 year old male had been paddle boarding on the lake when he fell off the board and did not surface. The OPP Marine Unit and Underwater Search and Recovery Unit are continuing the search for the missing man. The identity of the man is not being released at this time pending the results of the search.
