(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Wednesday July 14, 2010 shortly before 9 a.m. Perth County OPP officers located a suspicious vehicle on the North Perth walking trail just west of Queen St. in Atwood.
Officers located two males inside the vehicle and a small amount of marihuana was found in their possession. The two Listowel residents in their early twenties were arrested for being unlawfully in possession of the marihuana.
One male was released on a Promise to Appear while the second male remains in custody. The second male is awaiting a bail hearing due to being in possession of the marihuana which breaches conditions of an Undertaking he was released on from earlier charges.
