(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) – On Saturday August 24, 2013 at 11:23 p.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call from the public with regards to a male driver who was observed to be slumped over the steering wheel of a parked motor vehicle. At the time the member of the public was concerned for driver’s wellbeing. Upon arrival at the scene police spoke with the driver and confirmed that he had been drinking. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the OPP Detachment for further tests.
As a result of an investigation police have charged Ryan WALLS, age 22 of Southwest Middlesex with one count of Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content as per Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (CC). The driver was released from police custody by-way of a Promise To Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to appear in a London Court room on September 26, 2013 to speak to the charges.
