(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to the Paris Fair for a report of a male who stole a security golf cart at the front gate.
At approximately 8:56 p.m. Friday August 30, 2013, officers attended the Paris Fair and talked to a male who was caught driving a stolen golf cart. While talking to the male driver, the officer observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Jamie BOLLAND 22 years of age from the City of Burlington is facing the following Criminal charges
Impaired Driving
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
Theft under $6,000.00
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 13, 2013 to answer to the charges.
