During the morning of Monday September 2, 2013, officers responded to a complaint that someone was passed out in the alley behind a Prince Street location. Upon investigating the individual, they were found to be under the influence of alcohol and subject of a probation order not to consume alcohol. Charged with breach of probation is 24 year old Hazel BEARDY of Muskrat Dam, Ontario. BEARDY remains in custody, and will have a bail court appearance in Sioux Lookout on September 3, 2013.
