(North Dundas) – On 30Aug13, at approximately 8:30pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on Armstrong Road, North Dundas Township.
The investigation revealed that a 32yr old male driver (David DUGUAY of Merrickville, On) was operating a 2008 Hyundai when he lost control, left the roadway and struck a rock. The male was arrested and faces charges of:
– Impaired Operation / Motor Vehicle / Alcohol
– Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content / Motor Vehicle
He is scheduled to appear 17Sept13 in Cornwall court.
