(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised by an alert citizen, of a Black Nissan being driven in an erratic manner on Highway 24.
At approximately 8:45 p.m. Monday September 1, 2013, an officer located the Nissan travelling on County Road 18. While talking to the male driver, the officer observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP for Intoxilyzer Tests.
David BODO 38 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following Criminal charges
Impaired Driving
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 13, 2013 to answer to the charges.
