Kyle Scott BRACE Arrested For 2011 Thefts

(CALEDON, ON) – In June 2011, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated two overnight break and enter occurrences at a Village of Bolton business. The first incident occurred overnight June 2nd, 2011 at which time the accused smashed the front glass door to gain access and stole money from the cash register. Overnight June 3rd, the accused returned to the business, pried open the rear door and stole a quantity of money and business related products. During the course of the lengthy investigation, the Street Crime Unit of the Caledon Detachment was advised that samples taken from the scene of the crimes had been successfully matched.

On August 23, 2013, Kyle Scott BRACE, 34, of Brampton, turned himself into police. He has been arrested and charged with Break and Enter, Theft and Mischief Under $5,000.00.

The accused was released to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on October 3, 2013.
