(Algonquin Provincial Park, ON) On August 30, 2013 at 2:00pm Provincial Constable Ryan Szczygiel responded to a motor vehicle collision that occurred on Highway 60 near Brewer Lake. Gordon PEARSON, 56 years of age of Sault Ste. Marie was operating a 2011 Dodge Dakota truck when his vehicle left the road. PEARSON was charged with Impaired Operation contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada and Fail to Accompany peace officer for breath sample contrary to section 254(5) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
