(CENTRAL HURON, ON) A 29 year old driver from Central Huron has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle following a traffic stop on September 3, 2013. At approximately 5:40 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police officer observed a red Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck speeding southbound on Orchard Line near Union Road. A speed measurement was taken which revealed the pickup truck traveling at 133 km/h, 53 km/h above the posted speed limit.
Justin COLLINSON, age 29, from Central Huron has been charged with “Race a Motor Vehicleâ€Â. He has a scheduled court appearance for Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on October 22, 2013. His driver’s licence has been suspended for seven days and the vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
