(Madoc, ON) On September 5, 2013 just after 1 p.m. Central Hastings O.P.P received a suspicious person complaint about an elderly couple parked in a grocer y store parking lot in the Village of Madoc watching children in a school playground. This morning officers have confirmed the identity of the couple and have verified they were concerned relatives checking on the wellbeing of a child.
