Keith MCLEAN – Drunk Driving

(HURON EAST, ON) Just before midnight on September 5, 2013 a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a white Honda Accord on Turnberry Street in Brussels to check on the sobriety of the driver.

Upon stopping the vehicle the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside test was completed which the driver failed. He was arrested for Drive Motor Vehicle – Over Milligrams of Alcohol and was transported to the Exeter OPP Detachment for breath tests. He provided two samples of his breath; both were above the legal limit.

Keith MCLEAN, 53, from Huron East has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a scheduled court appearance set for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on October 7, 2013. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension.
