(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 25 year old man with drinking and driving offences after investigating a traffic complaint at a Hwy #6, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Wednesday September 6th, 2013 at approximately 9:00 pm Police were notified by a concerned motorist of a possible impaired driver travelling southbound on Hwy #6 towards Hagersville.
A description of the vehicle a green 2002 Chev pickup truck was provided to Police with it being located at a Main St. Hagersville, Haldimand County, ON address. The vehicle was stopped and after speaking with the officer, the driver was arrested for Impaired Driving.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit of alcohol is 25 year old Brian CONTE of Norfolk County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
