On March 5, 2013, the man was released from custody with several conditions. One of the conditions stated that he was not to be in the presence of anyone under the age of 16 years unless with an approved adult.
Around 1:00 a.m. this morning, officers attended a residence on Taylor Avenue in Chatham and found the man in the presence of a youth under 16 years and two adults, neither of whom were considered approved. The 42-year-old Chatham man was arrested and has been charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
