(The Blue Mountains, Ontario) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with the assistance of the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains OPP Crime Unit are currently investigating a incident of a break and enter with violence at a residence in The Blue Mountains.
The incident took place on Saturday the 7th of September 2013 between the hours of 4:00pm and 5:00pm when two male suspects entered a residence on Woodland Park Road in The Blue Mountains. Once inside they assaulted the lone male resident of the dwelling and subsequently stole two flat screen televisions, described as a 50 inch Samsung and 45-50 inch Sony. The suspects then left the scene prior to police arrival.
