(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was on patrol on Elliott Road and came across a vehicle in the ditch.
At approximately 12:52 a.m. Sunday September 8th, 2013, an officer located a red Ford pickup truck in the ditch on Elliott Road. While the officer was talking to the male driver, he could smell the strong odour of alcohol on his breath. The male driver was given the Roadside Screening Test and as a result of the test he was transported to the County of Brant OPP for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Anthony FALUDI 55 years of age from Norfolk County is facing the following Criminal charge
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on October 4, 2013 to answer to the charge.
