(GRAND BEND, ON) On September 8, 2013 at around 11:45 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a Motorcycle on Ontario Street in Grand Bend. While speaking with the driver it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 30 year old Shane GERDAN from Dungannon was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia court on October 7, 2013 to answer to the charges of impaired driving and being over the legal limit.
