Jeremy FOURNIE – Drunk Boating

(ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) On September 6, 2013 at around 6:30 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to the St. Clair River near Sombra in response to an aluminum vessel that had capsized in the river. The lone male occupant was rescued by a private vessel. While speaking with police, it was determined that the male had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 40 year old Jeremy FOURNIE from Corunna was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia court on September 16, 2013 to answer to the charges of impaired operation of a vessel and being over the legal limit.
