(KINGSVILLE, ON) – On Saturday, September 7, 2013 at approximately 1:50 am, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Kingsville observed a black 2001 Honda Accord travelling southbound on Essex County Road 50 from Essex County Road 20 travelling at a speed higher than the posted limit.
The vehicle also swerved off the paved roadway and crossed the yellow center line several times.
The vehicle was stopped by police and the driver exhibited signs of impairment. Margaret FRIARS, age 40, of Harrow was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content. She will appear in a Windsor court on September 24, 2013.
