(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged an 80 year old male with Drinking and Driving offences at a Haldimand Hwy. #54, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday September 7th, 2013 at approximately 9:25 pm an officer on patrol checked a grey 2007 Chev car for the sobriety of the driver. As a result of the speaking with the officer, the driver of the car was arrested for Impaired Driving.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit of alcohol is 80 year old Fred ROGERS of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
