Brockville,ON) On the 7thth of September 2013 at around 1:50 p.m Ontario Provincial Police in Leeds County were called to a single car crash on Bains Rd north of the City of Brockville. Officers attended the scene and observed the car had left the roadway for reasons still being investigated, rolled and came to rest in the ditch. When officers arrived a female and male occupants were at the scene.
Officers initiated an investigation into the crash and learned that there was another male passenger that had fled from the scene.
Officers located the male near the scene of the crash.
The male was found to be breaching his probation order.
Sean O’Connor 47 yrs of Brockville On.,has been charged with Breach of Probation Order.
This is investigation is ongoing at this time.
