(PETROLIA, ON) On September 15, 2013 at around 12:30 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began an investigation into impaired driving after receiving a call from a citizen in Petrolia.
The investigating OPP officer located the Ford vehicle and arrested the male driver for Impaired Operation. The driver was taken into custody for breath tests and subsequently released by OPP.
Dwayne AMYOTTE, 31 years old from Petrolia, ON has a Sarnia court date of October 7, 2013 to answer to the charges of Impaired Operation and Driving Over the Legal Limit.
