(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) On Saturday September 14, 2013, at approximately 10:30pm officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a R.I.D.E. Program at the intersection of Elora Street, and Union Street, Harriston , Town of Minto. Officers investigated the driver of a 2008 GMC Sierra pickup truck that entered the R.I.D.E. Program. Upon speaking with the driver, police discovered that he had been drinking alcohol. He was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.
Adrian Bradbury age 38 of Howick Township has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on October 8, 2013 to answer to the charge.
