(WELLINGTON NORTH TWP, ON) -On Saturday September 21, 2013, at approximately 6:42pm officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the driver of a 2002 GMC Envoy that was driving along Wellington County Road 109, near Highway 6,Wellington North Township. Upon speaking with the driver, police discovered that he had been drinking alcohol. He was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.
Thomas VARGA age 33 of Thornhill has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on October 18, 2013 to answer to the charge.
