(LAKE OF BAYS, ON) On Sunday September 22, 2013 a resident of a house Oxtongue Rapids Park Rd., Lake of Bays was out on their deck just after 10:00pm heard someone talking to them. The complainant observed a male described as wearing a black hoody and black jogging pants in their back yard. A quick search by the owner was not able to locate the male.
Central Region Emergency Response Unit (ERT) and Canine attended in search of the suspicious male, but was not successful. While in search for the suspicious male the officers located 4 marijuana plants on a property on Oxtongue Rapids Park Rd. Brandon BRUYNS (22yrs) of Dwight, Ontario has been arrested and charged with possession of schedule II cannabis marijuana. The accused will appear in Huntsville court on October 13, 2013 to answer to his charges.
Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police continue their investigation into the suspicious male.
