On the 26th of September, a 37 year old Barrie resident attended a Pizza Parlour located on Dunlop St. W. A short time later the staff called the police advising that the male was drunk and operating a pick up truck. The officers attended the scene, located the male and performed a roadside test. As a result the male was arrested and transported to the police station where he failed two subsequent breath tests. The accused was charged with drive over 80mgs.
