On September 28, 2013, at 3:18 a.m., a traffic stop was conducted by the Guelph Police on Woodlawn Road West. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Gary HENHOEFFER, 27 years of Wingham has been charged with drive over 80 mgs. He will appear in court on October 15, 2013.
