(LAMBTON SHORES, ON) A Lambton Shores man remains in hospital after losing control of the motor vehicle he was driving westbound on Jura line, September 30, 2013 around 6:30 p.m.
28 year old Jacob Moore was taken to Strathroy hospital with non-life threatening injuries after rolling his vehicle several times and then striking a ditch.
As a result of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigation, OPP allege that the motor vehicle was stolen and the OPP has charged the male driver with:
Impaired driving
Driving Over the Legal Limit
Driving While Disqualified
Theft Over $5000 (motor vehicle)
Theft Under $5000 (theft of a bottle of liquor)
The male has a Sarnia court date of November 25, 2013 to answer to the allegations.
