(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Friday September 24, 2010 shortly after 4 p.m., Perth County OPP officers stopped a north bound four door sedan on Hwy. 23 north of Monkton. The officer observed a large amount of freshly harvested cannabis marihuana plants inside the vehicle.
The 3 male occupants two of which are Toronto residents and the Third one being a resident of Windsor were arrested for being in possession of over 30 grams of Marihuana. The 3 males were released on a Promise to Appear and are to attend on Wednesday November 10, 2010 at the Elma Memorial Community Centre to answer to the above noted charges.
